BMCE CAPITAL is the Group's investment banking division. Established in 1998, this subsidiary is structured into 8 complementary and integrated business lines: Financial consulting and engineering, Asset management, Stock market intermediation, Financial research, Private management, Capital market and Post-trade solutions. BMCE Capital aims to become a pan-African leader in the investment banking business.


MAGHREBAIL

MAGHREBAIL is the subsidiary of BANK OF AFRICA - BMCE Group specializing in the lease financing of capital goods and real estate intended for professionals and businesses. Second operator in the sector with a market share of 24.62%, MAGHREBAIL has 40 years of business experience.


SALAFIN

SALAFIN is the subsidiary of BANK OF AFRICA - BMCE Group specializing in consumer credit. It offers three main categories of products: personal loan, car loan and revolving loan. Founded in 1997, SALAFIN now ranks fourth in the sector in terms of production.


MOROCCO FACTORING

MOROCCO FACTORING is the subsidiary of BANK OF AFRICA – BMCE Group specializing in optimizing corporate customers’ management: guarantee against default risk, financing of trade receivables and full portfolio management.


RM EXPERTS

RM EXPERTS (Recovery International Management and Expertise) is the subsidiary of Bank of Africa - BMCE Group specializing in the recovery of trade receivables: management of overdue receivables and corrective management of loan portfolio.


BTI BANK

BTI “Bank Al-Tamweel Wa Al-Inma” is the Group's participatory bank, launched in December 2017 via a partnership between BANK OF AFRICA and the Al Baraka Bank Group and held at 51% and 49% respectively. It integrated the Group's scope of consolidation since the first semester of 2018.
