This loan is intended for all employees or self-employed persons in the public or private sector, working on their own account, or residing abroad, aged 65 years at the time of application for the loan.

The subscriber neither must be a property owner nor have benefited from a loan guaranteed by a State Loan Guarantee Fund for social housing or the State interest rebate.

Be a holder of a checking account
Seniority in employment meeting one of the following conditions:
- At least 12 months of continuous activity with the last employer,
- Or at least 20 months of activity in the last 24 months.
Age limit :
- At loan application: 65 years
- At the date of the last installment 70 years
Not having previously benefited from a loan guaranteed by a State Loan Guarantee Fund for social housing or the State interest rebate.
