Flexible and practical loan in Morocco

The credit in Morocco is evolving. BANK OF AFRICA offers you the possibility to modulate your credit loan instalments thanks to the flexibility options of its mortgage loans. You can then temporarily suspend the reimbursement, increase, decrease your monthly instalment, or change the collection date.

Pause Immo : Suspension of the reimbursement repayment for a period of one month
Modulo+ Immo : Allows you to increase your monthly instalment
Modulo- Immo : Allows you to decrease your monthly instalment

Stay informed.

Any BANK OF AFRICA customer holding an IMMO PLUS CLASSIC and Jeune Actif, HABITAT PRO, SALAF DARI credit in Morocco may request to modulate their loan.

Pause Immo: You can suspend the payment of your mortgage loan for one month to deal with unforeseen events that may occur during the redemption period. You can only use this option once per rolling year.
Modulo+ Immo ou Modulo- Immo: you can increase or decrease the monthly instalment of your mortgage loan by up to +/- 10% of the initial amount of the instalment. You can only use this option once per rolling year.
Modification of the date of collection: You can make the request to change your loan's date of collection at any time. This option can only be activated 4 times during the entire repayment period of the loan.

It is possible to cumulate all three options above during the same rolling year.
