In accordance with Bank Al-Maghrib's Directive No. 4/W/2019, we inform you that at the end of your mortgage loan, you can recover within the 30 working days, the release relating to the bank guarantees attached to this loan. This release will be issued by your branch after your credit has been fully repaid and the release fees have been deducted automatically.

This loan is intended for individuals such as business owners or individual entrepreneurs with more than one year of actual activity.

The “Habitat Pro” loan allows you to finance your property project for a minimum amount of MAD 70,000. The maximum amount is granted according to your debt capacity.

The maximum debt capacity granted through this loan must be less than or equal to 40% of the Estimated Monthly Income (EMI) deducted from the sum of the monthly instalments of the other repayment loans.
