The online subscription request is accessible to ALL: customer or non-customer of BANK OF AFRICA residing in Morocco. Whether you are an employee, civil servant or retiree.

Step 1: Fill in the information on our consumer credit simulator, enter the confirmation code received by SMS and discover the result of your simulation.

Step 2: Fill in or validate your information (surname, first name, email) in order to allow the creation of your profile and the follow-up of the processing of your online request. You have the choice between a simplified creation of personal space using your same BMCE Direct credentials, or through the entry of your personal information directly. As soon as the "profile" step is finalized, you will be required to fill in the detailed form of your situation.

Step 3: Obtain the principle agreement immediately (subject to compliance with the conditions of granting and eligibility for credit) accompanied by a detailed personalized simulation of your loan.

Step 4: As soon as you get a principle agreement, you can start assembling your file online, without having to go to a branch. Your complete file is taken care of by our telephone advisors who will assist you in the process.

Step 5: As soon as your request is granted, you are notified via your personal follow-up space, by email and also by one of our advisors. A copy of your contract is sent to you by email. You can then go to the branch with your originals of supporting documents.
