To open an account on the Agence Directe website, you just have to be resident in Morocco, or Moroccan residing abroad; and be over 18 years of age.

If you reside in Morocco: your national Moroccan ID card or residence permit as well as your proof of residence (necessary only if your address of residence is different from the address shown on your identity document) will be requested.
If you are a Moroccan living abroad: your national Moroccan ID; your identity document from the country of residence (residence permit, passport of the country of residence or identity card of the country of residence) as well as proof of address will be required.
