To open an account on the Agence Directe website, you just have to be resident in Morocco, or Moroccan residing abroad; and be over 18 years of age.

If you reside in Morocco: your national Moroccan ID card or residence permit as well as your proof of residence (necessary only if your address of residence is different from the address shown on your identity document) will be requested.
