In order to improve the quality of service for Moroccans living abroad (MRE) and offer a service in high demand on the market, BANK OF AFRICA provides this clientele with the possibility of receiving electronic cards directly at their addresses abroad, if they prefer so.
Any BANK OF AFRICA customer, providing proof of Moroccan nationality and residence abroad, that subscribes or renew their credit card, can benefit from delivery to his home abroad. For more information, you can contact the customer relations center on 08 01 00 81 00.
Subscription to the card sending and remote activation service can be done by the customer directly at the BANK OF AFRICA branch in Morocco or online at www.agencedirecte.ma.
The card sending service is a paid service (MAD 80 ex-tax) by registered mail sent to the customer's legal address (the one communicated at the time of subscription / renewal).
The mail containing the cards sent abroad is comes with a delivery receipt of the electronic payment card, which must be filled in, signed, and sent (photo or scan), along with a valid ID, to: «activation-carte@bankofafrica.ma». The Customer Relations Center will then process your request and contact you to confirm the activation of your card.
