Projects must be related to energy efficiency and/or sustainable energy development: equipment to reduce energy consumption, systems acting on the reduction of greenhouse gases, Brownfield or Greenfield investments, renewable energy projects (wind, solar, geothermal, etc.), projects with water savings, sustainable land management, certified buildings, etc.

CAP ENERGIE covers all costs related to the assembly and development of the investment project: studies, engineering, equipment and installation. The amount of the loan may be up to 100% of the eligible investment costs.

The subsidy amount is determined according to the type of project

10 for climate change mitigation projects,
15% for climate change adaptation projects (water management and soil protection) and high performance technologies with low market penetration.
