Depending on the nature of the operation, DAMAN ISTITMAR covers 50% of the borrowed amount for financial restructuring operations, 60% for investment, transfer or business takeover programs and 70% for start-up companies.

Companies under Moroccan law engaged in the production of goods and/or services, and operating in any business sector other than property development and deep-sea fishing are eligible to this service.

The programs and operations fundable by DAMAN ISTITMAR may be investment programs, financial restructuring operations, transfer operations or business takeovers.

In general, the response time to obtain the guarantee is 10 days. The cost of the guarantee is 2% of the total amount of the loan.
