BANK OF AFRICA offers you CAP BLEU, a specific credit line for all investment projects related to the sustainable management of water resources:wastewater treatment, reuse of treated water, reduction of consumption and leakage, sanitation and desalination. Designed in collaboration with the French Development Agency and the European Investment Bank, CAP BLEU is a bank loan with free technical assistance.

Your questions, our answers

Projects must have an environmental purpose but must also be technically feasible, financially sustainable and socially acceptable. They can come from water operators but also from the industrial, hospitality, real estate or agricultural sector. Investments concern projects related to wastewater treatment or reuse, water saving, reduction of water leaks, sanitation and desalination works. Investments in water production and drilling are not eligible.

CAP ENERGIE covers all costs related to the assembly and development of the investment project: studies, engineering, equipment and installation. The amount of the loan may be up to 100% of the eligible investment costs.

In order to guarantee the success of your project, CAP BLEU provides free technical assistance provided by expert firms. They support you throughout your project to help you with your technological choices and your credit application file, to ensure compliance with the regulations in force, to coordinate with the national bodies likely to support the project and to assist you in the commissioning of the facilities.
