Do you need to finance the acquisition of a vehicle, rolling stock, medical equipment, computer equipment or office furniture, but you do not have sufficient funds?

Credit bail is BANK OF AFRICA's leasing solution that allows you to acquire the equipment that you need for your business without having to bring a sum of money at the start. You can finance 100% of the pre-tax value of the property you want to acquire and you then pay a rent that is fully deductible from your taxable profit. At the end of the contract, you can become the owner of the rented property by exercising "the option to buy". PROBAIL is intended for the financing of new passenger vehicles, new 4x4 and light commercial vehicles, local or imported medical, commercial or computer equipment as well as new office furniture.

With the Credit bail Leasing solution, BANK OF AFRICA allows you to easily finance your project, without providing any contribution, by paying a rent fully recorded as a deductible expense, and by allowing you to become the owner of the financed property at the end of the contract by paying the residual value (1%).

The Credit bail leasing is intended for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with more than one year of actual activity, outside the fishing, agriculture and car rental sectors.

The minimum amount to be financed for the PROBAIL leasing is MAD 70,000 excluding tax. The funding limit is MAD 3,000,000 excluding tax. This credit is offered with a loan-to-value ratio ranging from 50% to 100% of pre-tax value of the financed property, and it is redeemable over a period varying from 30 to 60 months depending on the property acquired.
