About the Tawfir card

The Tawfir card is accessible to all Moroccan BANK OF AFRICA customers residing abroad holder of a passbook account, without any condition of age, seniority or account balance.

You can subscribe to the Tawfir card at any time by contacting your customer advisor at a BANK OF AFRICA branch in Morocco, in a representative office abroad or at a BMCE EuroServices branch. Report the loss or theft of your credit card to the police.

Send a copy of your loss or theft report to your bank branch, either directly or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt if you are unable to attend.
