BANK OF AFRICA provides you with the Intelak insurance, whose purpose is to guarantee to the insured the initial capital of the loan, in the event of his or her death or absolute and definitive total disability. This offer is intended for self-employed persons, individual entrepreneurs, licensed professionals, very small businesses and for activities created for less than five years and with a turnover of less than or equal to MAD 10 million.

Your questions, our answers

Any entrepreneur over the age of 18 and under the age of 65 at the date of subscription, requesting a short- or medium-term loan from BANK OF AFRICA. The loan must be for a maximum duration of 7 years and must not exceed an amount of MAD 1,200,000.

The Intelak insurance works in 2 scenarios :

- Death of the insured: the company covers all cases of death, even those resulting from a work accident or an occupational disease provided for by the legislation in force.

- Total Absolute and Definitive Disability of the insured: in the event of total absolute and definitive disability of the insured, the company guarantees the payment in advance of the capital sum stipulated in the event of death.

Compensation shall be based on the presentation of a document attesting death or total and definitive invalidity issued by any competent authority.
