In the event of hospitalisation following an illness, surgery or an accident, you will receive per diem payment and/or reimbursement of your expenses incurred. Several packages are available to suit your needs and protect your family in the event of hardship.

Stay informed.

Any individual, holder of an account with BANK OF AFRICA can subscribe to this insurance. The member must be between 18 and 65 years of age, his or her spouse must be under 65 years of age and his or her children must be under 21 years of age (25 years if they are students).

There are 2 formulas offered as part of the hospitalisation insurance:

Formula I: The payment of a daily allowance of up to MAD 3,000 per day per person for a maximum of 180 days per guaranteed year.
Formula II: The payment of a daily allowance as well as the reimbursement of hospitalisation costs up to 85% of the expenses incurred and up to a maximum of MAD 100,000, depending on the chosen option.

In the event of hospitalisation following an accident, the guarantee takes effect immediatly after the signature of the membership form and payment of the first premium.

For hospitalisation related to diseases, the waiting times are :

6 months for any disease first diagnosed after the date of membership
10 months for the pathological consequences of a maternity, a pregnancy or a caesarean section operation
