Any natural or legal person, individual or professional, holder of an account with BANK OF AFRICA can subscribe to this insurance. The subscriber must be between 18 and 60 years of age for a coverage till 65 years old.

This insurance is taken out for the benefit of a child (son or daughter) of the insured in the event of his or her death. If the age of the insured child is less than 18 years at the date of the subscriber's death, the insured capital is given to the child's legal guardian.

In the event of a claim, the family of the deceased must provide a document certifying the death. No inheritance document is required and the capital is paid to the child beneficiary or to his or her guardian if he or she is under 18 years old.
