In accordance with Bank Al-Maghrib's Directive No. 4/W/2019, we inform you that at the end of your mortgage loan, you can recover within the 30 working days, the release relating to the bank guarantees attached to this loan. This release will be issued by your branch after your credit has been fully repaid and the release fees have been deducted automatically.

This loan is intended for any BANK OF AFRICA customer wishing to acquire their principal residence, who is at least 50 years old at the end of the credit and at most 70 years old. The customer must have held a checking account with BANK OF AFRICA for at least 3 months.
