Adl Sakane is a fixed-rate mortgage loan subsidised by the Mohammedia Foundation for the Social Works of Magistrates and Justice Officials, which covers part or all of the interest on defined credit limits.

This loan can finance up to 105% of the cost of the acquisition, up to 100% of the overall project cost for the construction and up to 70% of the overall project cost for the land and the construction.

Any member of the Mohammedia Foundation for the Social Works of Magistrates and Justice Officials wishing to finance the acquisition of his or her main dwelling, or its construction with or without the purchase of land, can take advantage of this mortgage loan.

Your credit application file must be submitted to your BANK OF AFRICA branch. This file should include your identity papers, documents proving your debt capacity, administrative documents relating to the property or its construction. You will also be asked to bring the certificate of non-taxation proving that you are not already an owner, your Foundation membership card and the valid letter of agreement issued by the Foundation.
