Exclusively usable abroad, the international Voyage card from BANK OF AFRICA allows you to make purchases at merchants or withdraw foreign currency at ATMs abroad. It also enables you to make online payments related to tourist expenses (airfare, hotel reservation, cruise, etc.).
You can subscribe to the Voyage card at any time by contacting your customer advisor at a BANK OF AFRICA branch or online through your BMCE Direct account.
You have the option to activate your tourist allocation directly through your account. You can also activate your e-commerce allocation upon request at the branch, by calling the customer relations center at 08 01 00 81 00, or through your BMCE Direct account.
This allows you to make purchases on international e-commerce sites, up to a limit of 15,000 DH per year.
Immediately contact your advisor at the branch. If your branch is closed, you can call the customer relations center at 080 100 8100 or at +212 5 22 42 15 42 from 8 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week*.
Report the loss or theft of your credit card to the police authorities.
Send a copy of your loss or theft report to your bank branch, either directly or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt if you are unable to visit in person.
The deferred debit limit of your card is renewable on a monthly basis. It can range from 100,000 to 500,000 DHS per month, in accordance with the current regulations on allowances for business trips.
