How can I check my balance/history of my transactions?

You have several channels to check your balance/history of transactions:
● By logging into your BMCE Direct account via web or smartphone
Subscribe for FREE to the "BMCE Direct" service by visiting your branch
● By using a BANK OF AFRICA ATM
● By calling the "Direct Line" at 080 100 8100* (from Morocco) or +212 5 22 42 15 42* (from abroad) from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week
Your balance can be securely communicated to you through a strong authentication system using the BMCE Direct code.
Your BMCE Direct code must be numeric. Remember to request its modification from your advisor if it does not comply with this structure.
