All hotel categories are eligible for the RENOVOTEL financing: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 star hotels, club hotels, hotel resorts and guest houses. All you need is to have at least 5 years of activity when applying for this financing.

RENOVOTEL is a fund intended to finance the renovation programs of existing hotel units: rooms, buildings, catering spaces, swimming pools, SPA, gyms, etc. Projects aimed at increasing bedding capacity are excluded.

The loan granted to establishments depends on the category of the hotel unit to be financed and is fixed according to a maximum amount of renovation per room: MAD 100.000 per room for a guest house and up to MAD 250.000 per room for a 5 star hotel.
