BANK OF AFRICA provides its customers with the advance on pledged market, or advance on recorded rights, which is a cash flow credit that allows a company holding a pledgeable contract, whether public or semi-public, to mobilise a debt recognised by the contracting authority, to quickly obtain cash, as the work progresses, pending the settlement of its claim by the latter.
The cash advance is done immediately, based on the presentation of the contracting authority's certificates, in favour of the customer. The amount of the advance generally corresponds to 80% of the recorded right. The repayment of the advance on recorded shall be made upon receipt of the funds of the debt by the contracting authority in favour of the customer.
With BANK OF AFRICA's advance on pledged market, you collect your debts on the State in advance and finance the required cash flow to perform the work related to the pledged market.
Any company that is a customer of BANK OF AFRICA and a successful bidder of a public or semi-public contract, pledged in accordance with the Dahir of 28/08/1948, can be entitled to this cash flow credit.
The amount of the advance generally corresponds to 80% of the recorded right and its duration must be in corellation with the time limit to complete the contract and with the payment conditions set by this market
The credit rate is fixed for a specific period but can be revised if necessary
Special pricing may be granted to customers who favour their relationship with BANK OF AFRICA.
