Eligible companies can be either existing SMEs with high growth potential, under Moroccan private law with a turnover of less than or equal to 200 Million Dirhams, or SMEs in the process of creation, planning to achieve a turnover of between 10 and 200 Million Dirhams in the next 3 years. For VSEs, the turnover may be less than or equal to 10 Million Dirhams.
