In the event of a claim, and after declaration and complete constitution of the file, RMAWATANYA makes a first settlement:

- compensation corresponding to the new price after deduction of the dilapidation.

Then, if the insured rebuilds or repairs within 2 years from the date on which the loss occurred and on the same location,while providing the documents, invoices, expert reports attesting to the reconstruction of the building, RMAWATANYA makes a second payment:

- payment of the additional indemnity.

If the insured does not rebuild or repair the building within 2 years, no additional payment will be made.
